The Opportunity:

I'm hiring someone to take over a large portion of the operations of this business as we continue to scale and my responsibilities continue to grow. Right now, I have a window the next 6 to 12 months to mentor and develop one individual to step into a significant role inside this company. After that window closes, the person I pick will be running pieces of the business that today sit on my plate. I started in this company as an entry-level team member. I worked up into an Assistant General Manager position, then General Manager, and from there I kept earning more responsibility until I ended up running the majority of operations for the company as COO. One of my core beliefs is this: if you're going to manage people underneath you, you need to have an expert-level understanding of their roles. You cannot lead what you do not understand. You'll get full exposure to the My Fit Foods operation, and everything in between. By the end, you'll have a level of understanding most operators in this industry never get to.
