ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Strategic Leadership Develop and execute site-level strategic plans aligned with corporate growth objectives Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, efficiency, and margin expansion Partner with executive leadership on long-term business planning, capital investments, and acquisitions integration Operational Excellence Lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain Ensure production targets, on-time delivery (OTD), and cost objectives are consistently met Implement Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization initiatives Monitor KPIs and drive accountability across all functional leaders Financial Performance Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, cost control, and EBITDA performance Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with

AS9100, ISO

standards, and all aerospace regulatory requirements Maintain audit readiness for customers, FAA, and third-party certifications Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes and continuous quality improvement Leadership & Talent Development Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team Drive a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous development Partner with HR to implement talent planning, succession planning, and performance management processes Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all EHS standards Customer & Commercial Focus Support key customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Collaborate with sales and business development on growth initiatives Participate in customer visits, audits, and strategic account reviews Cross-Functional Collaboration Align with corporate functions on HR, finance, IT, and compliance initiatives Lead integration and standardization efforts across the broader organization Ensure alignment with company-wide systems, policies, and processes

EDUCATION REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in aerospace manufacturing or a highly regulated industrial environment Proven experience managing full P&L responsibility Strong background in operations, quality systems, and continuous improvement
