Restaurant and Venue Operations Compensation:

$85,000-$95,000 + Performance-Based Bonus / relocation assistance We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a dynamic venue environment. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, leading teams, maintaining compliance, improving operational systems, and delivering a high-level guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full venue operations, staffing, scheduling, and labor management Manage budgets, P&L, forecasting, cost controls, and financial reporting Monitor POS systems, inventory, sales trends, and operational performance Ensure compliance with labor laws, food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations Lead, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members Partner with leadership on menu planning, marketing, vendor relations, and long-term strategy Maintain strong relationships with vendors, show managers, suppliers, and community partners

Ideal Candidate:
