Key Responsibilities:

Deliver revenue and profit goals by optimizing operations and guest experience . Establish and execute business plans by assessing market demand, analyzing competitors, and developing marketing and community engagement strategies. Maintain guest satisfaction by auditing service, food, and beverage quality, and initiating continuous improvements. Lead recruiting, training, and development for management and staff to foster a customer-focused, high-performance culture . Manage budgets, financial controls, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure operational efficiency. Maintain a safe, sanitary, and compliant facility while upholding brand standards. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of restaurant management experience , preferably in upscale or full-service dining. Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop teams for exceptional service. Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. Excellent customer focus, communication, and leadership skills . Ability to grow sales through strategic planning, marketing, and community engagement.
