• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team to success!

In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff management. Recruit, interview, hire, and train new employees to build a high-performing team aligned with company standards. Manage employee orientation programs and ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance team skills. Oversee payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and cash handling to ensure accurate financial operations. Implement effective merchandising strategies, pricing policies, and marketing efforts to maximize sales. Maintain inventory management through stock ordering, purchasing, inventory control, and shrink reduction measures. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries promptly and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Supervise shift schedules, manage POS (Point of Sale) systems, and oversee cashiering duties for smooth store operations. Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and foster a positive work environment. Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times. Experience Proven management experience in cafe / restaurant environments with supervisory responsibilities. Demonstrated success in retail sales management, including sales management and retail math proficiency. Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, and cash handling procedures. Strong background in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, training & development. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer bases. Familiarity with merchandising, stocking, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives. Excellent organizational skills combined with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
