As a General Manager, you are the leader of the restaurant and are responsible for the overall success of daily operations. You will lead by example, develop your team, build a culture of accountability, and ensure operational excellence in every area of the business.

Salary:

$50-75K per year plus bonus structure

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or equivalent Restaurant Manager Serv-Safe or equivalent Minimum of two (2) years of restaurant management experience Advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related fields are preferred

Qualifications:

Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic Strong ability to develop and maintain a team Track record of driving sales, managing costs, and achieving operational goals Ability to lead in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of accounting and computers Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation laws and regulations Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities:

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and closing shifts as business needs require Manage, train, monitor and coach team members Adhere to and monitor employee compliance of the employee handbook, policies, and practices including appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards Perform restaurant opening and/or closing duties Direct and assign restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of food service meet operational standards Prepare employee work schedules; monitor and make appropriate adjustments to restaurant staffing levels Interview selected crew and management candidates to maintain proper staffing levels Complete and maintain all restaurant employment related records and payroll records Maintain a passing quarterly QCC (Quality, Consistency, Convenience) Inspection Monitor and maintain restaurant inventory levels Place orders for food, paper and other supplies within cost control procedures Maintain a prime cost of 58.5% Prepare all necessary operational reports. Develop appropriate action plans to resolve unfavorable financial and/or sales trends Develop and implement a local marketing plan Drive guest satisfaction and ensure every guest receives exceptional service Immediately and respectfully resolve guest requests or complaints.
