Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead our vibrant restaurant operations. Duties Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all shifts. Manage staff recruitment, training, coaching, and development to build a high-performing team. Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to uphold quality standards. Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and manage food costs through effective inventory control practices. Utilize POS system for order processing, sales tracking, and cash handling with accuracy. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards. Implement budgeting strategies to meet financial goals while maintaining excellent customer service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Oversee shift management duties including scheduling, staffing levels, and operational logistics. Experience Strong background in food safety standards, inventory control, cash handling, and food industry regulations. Prior experience in food service highly desirable.
