Bonus Potential SUMMARY:
An independent Domino's Pizza franchisee is seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. Reporting to multi-unit leaders, the General Manager will lead with integrity to drive top-line sales while ensuring bottom-line performance through strong business acumen and leadership development.RESPONSIBILITIES
The General Manager will lead the store's strategic planning and daily execution, including:Operational Excellence:
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling to ensure efficiency.Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire a team of employees, fostering a positive, productive work environment.Financial Performance:
Analyze sales data and financial reports (P&L) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase profitability while maintaining budgets and optimizing expenses.Talent Management:
Oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of new employees and unit-level managers, including conducting regular performance evaluations.Customer Service:
Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally to maintain brand standards.Compliance:
Ensure the store and staff comply with all company policies, procedures, and health, safety, and labor regulations.Strategic Growth:
Collaborate with upper management to set and achieve store performance goals and design strategies for long-term growth.REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have 5+ years of QSR operations management experience, including multi-unit leadership and a proven track record of developing managers. Proficiency in P&L analysis, inventory management, cost control, and basic computer applications is required. Applicants should possess strong analytical, organizational, and marketing skills, alongside the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required.Pay:
$50,000.00- $60,000.
