• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our Fast Casual pizza operations.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and team development. Your leadership will drive the restaurant's success by maintaining high standards in food quality, safety, and hospitality. Duties Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards. Manage staff recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled team. Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety compliance to deliver high-quality dining experiences. Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and manage ordering to minimize waste and optimize costs. Supervise cash handling procedures, POS systems, and financial transactions with accuracy. Maintain compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and sanitation protocols across all areas of the restaurant. Requirements Proven management experience in quick service & fast casual restaurants or casual dining environments with supervising responsibilities. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety practices. Hands-on experience with POS systems and cash handling expertise essential. Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within a food service setting. Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training & development, team management, and interviewing candidates. Background in hospitality management is a plus; culinary or kitchen management background highly desirable.
