Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead our bustling restaurant operation. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing daily restaurant functions, and inspiring a high-performing team. Your leadership will ensure smooth operations, uphold food safety standards, and foster a vibrant hospitality environment where both guests and staff feel valued. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated management professional passionate about food service and hospitality to make a significant impact. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives to ensure high performance and team cohesion. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. Supervise daily shift management, including scheduling, cash handling, POS system operation (Aloha POS, Micros POS), and resolving customer concerns promptly. Implement and monitor operational procedures related to food production, kitchen management, and food handling to uphold quality standards. Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a skilled and dedicated team aligned with the restaurant's goals. Requirements Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments with a focus on food service management. Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices. Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling skills are essential. Strong background in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety protocols within the food industry. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively. Experience in staff training & development, team management, and interviewing potential employees. Familiarity with catering, banquet services, bar operations, or hotel experience is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and operational excellence. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
