What You'll Do Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest service Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and performance Manage recruiting, hiring, and onboarding while building a strong talent pipeline Drive sales and profitability through performance tracking and upselling strategies Promote and train teams on loyalty programs to increase guest engagement and revenue Take a hands-on approach by assisting with registers, cleaning and daily tasks as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety standards Resolve guest concerns professionally while fostering strong community relationships What We're Looking For A dependable, results-driven leader with open availability and a strong sense of ownership Proven ability to recruit, hire, build and retain strong teams Excellent communication and team-building skills, you know how to motivate and inspire Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Strong understanding of inventory management, sales performance, and financials Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation and ability to respond to store needs when necessary Previous management experience in retail and/or hospitality (preferred) A degree in business or related field is a plus—but leadership experience matters most Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive salary + bonus potential Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Health insurance and retirement savings options Employee discounts on fresh meals Be part of a company that values people, quality, and community Ready to Take the Lead?
