The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients while managing various aspects of scheduling/coordinating jobs and a small warehouse where some items are reused and donated. This position requires strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and proficiency in various transportation management systems. This is an in person position and no remote work is planned at this time. Experience Strong sales experience Supervisory experience with a small team Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with home service operating systems. Experience handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members. Proficiency in analysis skills to assess data trends and make informed decisions.
