General Manager, Sales Operations Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Honor Screenprinting & Embroidery is a Veteran-Owned production shop in Junction City, KS specializing in screen printing, embroidery, and promotional products. We are hiring a General Manager to own daily shop operations — staff management, production oversight, client communication, and KPI accountability. This is not a management title. It is a leadership responsibility. You will be the standard the team measures itself against.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage staff scheduling, performance accountability, and daily operations Oversee production order flow using industry software (training provided) Handle escalated client communications and complex order coordination Track and report KPIs — you are accountable to results, not just effort Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures across all shop functions Coordinate and communicate with vendors Operate as the lead decision-maker.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience managing people and operational systems Strong direct communication style — clear, consistent, professional Self-directed — capable of identifying and solving problems independently Comfortable in a physical production/shop floor environment Ability to learn new software within the first 30 days Accountable by nature — owns outcomes, not just effort

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in print, apparel, manufacturing, inventory, or production Familiarity with utilizing task management/CRM software Background in small business operations or owner-operated environments Experience building or refining operational SOPs Comfort with use and integration of technology advanacements

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
