Pay & Schedule Base Pay:

Overtime Hours:

Vary significantly — typically 5 to 40 hours per week , depending on season, workload, and your individual reliability record The more dependable you are, the more overtime you'll be offered. Unreliable employees receive little to no OT.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (required) | Saturdays - half day (required) | Sundays - occasionally, rarely

Pay Day:

About the Company We operate in grain processing, bagging, packaging, and animal feed production, supplying agricultural products throughout Texas. Position Summary This is a strictly manual labor role. There are no driving or delivery duties. You will be on your feet, lifting, stacking, bagging, and moving — all day, every day. If you're not comfortable with that, this is not the right fit. Work Environment ~90% outdoor work (mostly shaded; some direct sun exposure) ~10% indoor warehouse/inventory work Repetitive lifting of 40-50 lb bags throughout the shift Dusty conditions — PPE required in certain areas Fast-paced, physically demanding environment Steel-toe boots strongly recommended PPE provided: hard hat, gloves, masks, eye protection (lost PPE may be deducted) Responsibilities Bag and seal grain and feed products Stack and palletize finished goods Load and unload materials Organize inventory and maintain clean work areas Follow all safety and operational procedures Operate warehouse tools (pallet jacks, scales, etc.) Perform other labor-related duties as assigned Requirements Ability to lift 40-50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Strong attendance and dependability — this is our #1 requirement Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Willingness to follow safety rules and take direction Must be authorized to work in the United States Warehouse or agricultural experience is a plus — not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus — not required Background Check - Required Required prior to employment Prior offenses generally must be 7+ years or older No recent serious convictions; no current probation (Court obligations and frequent scheduling conflicts tend to impact attendance — this is factored into our review) Reviewed on a case-by-case basis; some flexibility applies HONESTY goes a long way with us.
