Role:

The General Production position at our Tarboro Plant is essential for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our production line. This role involves working collaboratively with team members to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The successful candidate will play a key role in the assembly and packaging of products, contributing directly to the overall success of our retail trade operations. Attention to detail and adherence to established processes are critical to minimize waste and maximize productivity. Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control processes. Experience operating production machinery.

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and operational guidelines. Assemble and package products according to specifications and quality standards. Monitor production processes and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
