Pleasant Prairie, WI Starting Pay:

$25.21 plus shift differential

The Opportunity:

Smurfit Westrock Pleasant Prairie is now seeking General Production workers to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company. Responsibiliti es include, but are not limited to:

• Stacking product
• Conducting quality checks
• Material set-up
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing and warehouse experience
• Previous machine operating experience
• Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
• Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent What we offer:

The starting rate is $25.21 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 10 days of paid vacation, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience, and education.
