Job Description

General Production Worker Start Work Quickly Job Overview As a General Production Worker , you'll be an essential part of a fast‑paced production team. You may rotate between tasks such as box assembly, filling tanks, and preparing finished products for shipment. This role requires standing for the full shift and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed. What You'll Be Doing Assemble and accurately label boxes for canisters Pull canisters, place them into boxes, and verify labeling Operate filling stations by clamping hoses and initiating fill processes Kit products with correct hoses and fittings for shipment Print labels, tape boxes, palletize finished goods Use vacuum lifts for safe material handling Assist with wrapping machine operations as needed What We're Looking For Required High school diploma or GED Ability to follow written work instructions Reliable attendance, references must verify dependability Ability to stand for full shift and lift up to 50 lbs Preferred (Not Required) 2+ months of recent manufacturing or production experience Experience with packaging, line work, or general labor Exposure to chemical or industrial manufacturing environments Why You'll Want This Job Go‑to‑work role, no interview process Stable, long‑term opportunity with a solid company Friendly, close‑knit team environment 104 hours of PTO after contract period Full benefits package available

Clean, supportive, easy‑to‑learn processes Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
