• Job Description
• We are seeking dedicated candidates to work in various positions on the manufacturing floor for approximately 2-3 months due to a large customer order.
• Responsibilities
• + Provide production support by cleaning production and general shop areas, tools, and taking out garbage.

+ Set up production cells and assist in product assembly. + Operate a variety of machines, including automatic and manual chuckers, CNC lathes, vertical mills, multi-press, reamer/drill taps, testers, and paint booth. + Operate forklift as needed. + Maintain safety and quality standards. + Ensure smooth production flow and operations. + Maintain a safe and clean working environment. + Collaborate productively and professionally with team members. + Contribute to daily improvement efforts by sharing observations and ideas. + Fix machines when necessary and demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude. + Perform janitorial duties if required, maintaining a positive attitude.

• Work Environment
• The role is based in a small machine shop with six machines and a paint line.

The facility is not heated but is equipped with air conditioning. You should be comfortable working in an environment that has an oil smell and involves handling acetone for one of the sealant assembly lines. The machinery is older, and the facility is compact. Work attire includes a work shirt, jeans, and steel-toe boots. The shift is from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with voluntary overtime available, currently working over 50 hours a week due to increased business.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
