General Production Worker

• Immediate Start Key Responsibilities Perform basic manufacturing and assembly tasks using hand and power tools Cut, assemble, and handle materials according to work instructions Follow safety, quality, and ISO procedures at all times Measure materials accurately using a tape measure and basic math Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards) Assist with packing and preparing products for shipment Reduce waste, handle scrap properly, and support recycling efforts Work as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment Support cross-training and assist other departments as needed Shift & Pay 1st

• 11:00 PM | $17.00/hr Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sutton, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00
• $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
