General Resort Assistant

• Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated and organized General Assistant to join our dynamic team at our resort.

The ideal candidate will be willing and able to transition to multiple positions within our resort, to include front office, customer service, sales, housekeeping. The role requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, self motivation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsibilities:

• This position will be a float position that will include all aspects of the resort.

• Requirements:

• Ability and willingness to work Wednesday thru Sunday each work week.
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Familiarity with phone systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
