Duties Assist with food preparation, meal assembly, and basic cooking tasks to support kitchen operations Serve guests at tables, counters, or buffet stations with friendly and attentive customer service Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and payments Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and ensuring food safety standards are met Support catering and banquet events with setup, serving, and breakdown duties Handle food handling responsibilities safely and follow proper dietary guidelines Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, phone etiquette, and ensuring guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly desirable Skills in food handling, meal preparation, and basic cooking techniques Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in banquet service or catering environments is beneficial Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or cleaning Knowledge of food safety practices and dietary requirements Customer service orientation with a friendly, energetic approach This dynamic role offers an engaging environment where you can develop essential hospitality skills while contributing to a positive guest experience.
