• Outlet City Furniture is looking for a driven, hands-on Sales Manager to lead our Manchester showroom team.

We are seeking a motivated leader with strong furniture retail experience, sales coaching ability, and a passion for customer service and team development. This is a high-energy retail management position focused on increasing sales performance, maintaining showroom standards, training staff, and driving results. ## Compensation

• $70,000 Base Salary

• Manage and lead the showroom sales team
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Train, coach, and motivate sales associates
• Monitor margins, financing penetration, delivery goals, and protection plan performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up
• Handle escalated customer concerns professionally
• Maintain showroom appearance, merchandising, and operational standards
• Assist with scheduling and staff accountability
• Work closely with upper management on sales strategies and promotions ## Requirements
• Previous furniture retail management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven sales background
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Experience with financing programs and retail KPIs is a plus
