Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across our dealership. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales expertise, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while achieving ambitious sales targets. As a key driver of our business, you will oversee all aspects of the sales process, cultivate strong client relationships, and motivate your team to excel in a competitive environment. Your passion for high-end sales, B2B (business-to-business) interactions, and customer service will be instrumental in elevating our brand presence and market share. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective coaching and performance management Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue streams Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting new clients via outbound calls and cold calling to closing high-value deals Cultivate relationships with B2B clients, dealerships, and corporate partners through negotiation and consultative selling techniques Oversee inventory management, inventory control, and retail math to ensure optimal stock levels aligned with sales forecasts Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining professional phone etiquette, clear communication skills, and a customer-first approach Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities during each customer interaction Coordinate with inventory management teams to ensure accurate retail math calculations and inventory accuracy Qualifications Proven experience in automobile or retail sales management with a strong background in high-end or B2B sales environments Demonstrated success in outside sales, cold calling, deal closing, and upselling techniques Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse client bases Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced setting Proficiency in CRM software tools for tracking sales activities and pipeline management Experience in dealership operations or automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory Excellent communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and interpersonal interactions Knowledge of inventory management systems, retail math, automotive inventory control, and marketing strategies Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment Join us as a General Sales Manager where your leadership will shape our success!
