General Superintendent (Concrete)

Salary:

$125,000/year Company Truck Provided Superior Skilled Trades is hiring a General Superintendent for a full-time direct hire opportunity. This role is responsible for overseeing field operations, mentoring Superintendents, supporting project execution, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support multiple active construction projects Mentor and coach Superintendents and field teams Assist with scheduling, budgeting, manpower planning, and project execution Conduct job site visits to monitor safety, quality, and productivity Collaborate with project management and operations leadership Support QA/QC initiatives and field training programs

Qualifications:
