Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Utility Worker to support kitchen operations within a hospital setting. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils. The Utility Worker will also act as a senior team member, providing guidance and direction to lower-level employees.

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards Provide direction and support to lower-level staff as needed Maintain a friendly, efficient, and professional attitude toward patients, staff, and coworkers Adapt to varying duties based on business needs and client requirements Work in busy hospital and outpatient environments, including patient floors and kitchen/serving areas

Qualifications:

Previous relevant work experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Positive work ethic with the ability to motivate others Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment Must be able to pass a background check (no felonies within the past 7 years)

Immunization Requirements:

Applicants must provide complete immunization records from childhood to present, including proof of: MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) TDAP Varicella (Chickenpox) TB Test up to date Flu Shot or declination form
