COPY LINK link Job Summary Responsible for all metal finishing processes and ensuring that all required processes arepleted to produce parts that meet quality and ISO standards.
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    • Deburring, grinding, flatten, time-, blasting, in-process cleaning of surgical cases and trays.
    • Inspect products to blue specifications.
    • Perform visual inspections for burrs.
    • Utilizes andpletes documentation/paperwork as required.
    • Understand and follow policy and procedures.
    • Ensure general maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
    • Comply with ISO policies and procedures.
    • Troubleshoot problems associated with equipment, tooling, and processes.
    Occasionally:
    • Assemble work instruments.
    • Overtime on an as needed basis.
    • Assist supervisor as needed.
    • Assist in other departments as needed.
    • Once employee demonstratespetency in position, he/she may be required to train others in similar roles. Education Min/Preferred Education Level Description Minimum High School or GED Experience Years of Experience Comments 0-3 years KSA's
    • Good hand and eye coordination.
    • Ability to read blues, calipers, and micrometers.
    • Light lifting while bending and stooping.
    • Ability to stand up throughout the day and up to two hours at a time.

    Pay Details:
