Staying up to date with the latest drilling technology including our rotary sonic drill and ground penetrating radar is our top priority for the success of your projects. Overview In this role, you will work with project managers and field crews and provide support from the office, managing documentation, ensuring smooth communication and assisting where needed. An energetic approach and attention to detail will help drive project success from planning through completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in construction management, office management, project coordination, and site operations within a highly specialized and technical environment. Primary Responsibilities High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Organize and maintain electronic files Ability to plan, organize, and complete own work assignments without close supervision May prepare project packets for drill teams Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to clients and associates Works collaboratively with MTC and MATECO team members to ensure daily workloads are completed Handle multiple priorities and deadlines with exemplary follow through Point for project and proposal setup in various computer programs Other duties as assigned Performs day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or college course work preferredExperience:

Background in construction and/or engineering fieldPreferred:
Previous experience as administrative assistantSkills:
Ability to learn new software quickly Ability to read construction plans and specifications helpful Exceptional writing, review, and editing capabilities with experience finalizing reports and preparing external communications Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, follow through on projects, and work independently High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Internet, Database, Project Management, GMS, and CRM experience preferred Proficiency in proper use of English grammar in spoken and written word (editing and document review) Take initiative to handle appropriate general information inquiries without direct supervision Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail and confidentiality Ability to work with all levels of management in a professional manner, with the highest level of confidentiality Ability to work in a team and improve efficiency by assisting other team members and/or asking for assistance when workloads are heavy Additional Physical /Other Demands:
