Overview Join our team as a Gift Shop Sales Associate at our scenic Sea Lion Caves! We have positions selling tickets, merchandise and fresh made fudge. Duties Greet visitors warmly and assist them with selecting merchandise, providing product demos when appropriate to enhance their experience Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales and exchanges accurately Maintain well-organized merchandise displays and ensure products are properly stocked and merchandised to attract customers Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with accuracy and integrity Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and the attraction itself Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves regularly and assisting with stockroom organization
