In this role, you will lead dynamic coaching sessions, foster a positive environment for skill development, and promote teamwork and sportsmanship among participants. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work youth goalkeepers, helping them build confidence, improve their athletic abilities, and enjoy the game of soccer in a safe and supportive setting. Duties Plan and deliver engaging coaching sessions focused on developing fundamental football skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness. Foster a fun, inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation, teamwork, and respect among all players. Implement age-appropriate drills that enhance technical abilities such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and defensive skills. Monitor player progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support individual growth. Promote safety standards during all activities by ensuring proper use of equipment and adherence to safety protocols. Manage behavior management strategies to maintain discipline and positive conduct on and off the field. Collaborate with parents, guardians, and club staff to communicate progress and upcoming events effectively. Qualifications Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching children in a physical activity setting. Knowledge of soccer fundamentals and techniques; coaching or playing experience preferred. Ability to teach physical education concepts across different age groups with patience and enthusiasm. Must be able to obtain Safe sport and pass background check.
Pay:
