Full Job Description Job Title:

General Production Technician•

Glass Lamination Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented General Production Technician to support both production and administrative operations in our glass lamination facility. This role combines hands-on manufacturing work with office and inventory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and assist with CNC machines used in glass processing and lamination Support glass lamination processes, including material handling, setup, and quality checks Perform inventory management tasks, including receiving, tracking, cycle counts, and data entry Assist with administrative duties such as order entry and documentation Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace Communicate effectively with production and office teams

Qualifications:

Experience operating CNC machinery required (glass or related industry preferred) Knowledge of inventory control processes Comfortable with computers and basic software (Excel, email, ERP systems) Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to lift and handle materials safely Dependable with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

Education & Skills:

High School Diploma or GED. Basic math skills and understanding of production processes. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability. Ability to quickly learn new tasks and technologies.

Work Ethic & Physical Requirements:

Strong work ethic and dependability. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to multi-task in a busy environment. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support production.

Communication & Teamwork:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required. Demonstrated positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
