We are seeking a motivated Glazing and Fenestration Technician to join our field team, where you will gain hands-on experience in high-end glass and hardware installation. This role is perfect for someone with a background in construction or carpentry who wants to master the art of precision glass fitting while working on diverse residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities Execute professional installations of shower enclosures, glass guardrails, custom mirrors, and specialized door hardware. Deliver high-quality results by accurately measuring, cutting, and securing glass components to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. Perform efficient glass replacement and repair services, utilizing manual cutting tools and precision techniques. Collaborate within a two-person installation team to ensure project timelines are met and client expectations are exceeded. Maintain a safe and organized job site by strictly adhering to all safety protocols and utilizing required personal protective equipment. Manage project materials and hardware effectively to minimize waste and ensure seamless installation workflows. Required Skills Proven mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand and power tools effectively. Physical capability to lift and maneuver heavy materials, often requiring team-lifting techniques. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple site assignments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Preferred Skills Prior experience in finish or rough carpentry. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative crew. Willingness to travel to various project sites as required. Basic understanding of glass installation or fenestration industry standards.
