The Global Logistics Specialist oversees the end-to-end execution of our freight operations, ensuring the timely delivery of medical products while driving cost efficiency and global trade compliance. In this role, you will manage the daily administrative and operational requirements of inbound and outbound logistics across all transport modes (Parcel, FTL/LTL, Air, and Ocean). Beyond day-to-day execution, you will be responsible for identifying and executing on cost savings opportunities across logistics and transportation.What You'll Do Freight Operations & Administration Shipment Execution:
In partnership with Procurement and Distribution, coordinate all inbound shipments from global suppliers and outbound deliveries to customers, managing a mix of Parcel, FTL/LTL, Air, and Ocean freight.Commercial Support:
Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Experience teams to provide accurate freight quotes, helping to facilitate customer orders and optimize freight costs.Carrier Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for 3PLs and freight forwarders; resolve transit issues; monitor service levels. Review and approve freight invoices for accuracyShipment Execution:

Apply and maintain in-depth working knowledge of import and export regulations, supporting shipping activities and proactively mitigating compliance riskTariff & Tax Assessment:
Monitor global trade policy changes and collaborate with Procurement to assess the financial impact of tariffs, duties, and taxes on our product portfolio.Documentation Oversight:
Review shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance. Identify and implement opportunities to automate documentation workflows to increase compliance and reduce manual errors.Data Integrity:

Deep understanding of HTS classification, Country of Origin (COO) rules, Incoterms, and customs clearance requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to act decisively. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or relevant experience, ideally in medical products. 3-5 years' experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or global supply chain operations.
