Job Description

Job Overview Genesis Systems® is seeking three high-performing Sales Executives to drive revenue growth and expand market adoption of the company's award-winning water technology solutions. This is a full-cycle, professional sales role—not a call-center or customer service position. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, results-driven closer who thrives in the field, builds relationships, and converts opportunity into long-term accounts. This role directly supports Genesis Systems' mission to equip communities, organizations, and industries with the tools they need to live healthier, more productive and resilient lives. Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and field activity Qualify and pursue company-provided leads Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations Travel to meet prospects, partners, and customers as required Manage the full sales cycle: prospect → proposal → negotiation → close Close deals and onboard new accounts Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in CRM systems Coordinate with internal teams to support successful deployments and long-term customer relationships Represent Genesis Systems professionally at events, meetings, and demonstrations Required Qualifications 3-5 years of professional sales experience with demonstrated high performance Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Evidence of sales excellence (awards, recognitions, promotions, certifications, or quota achievement) High energy, self-motivation, and strong closing instincts Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Willingness and ability to travel as required Professional presence and comfort selling to senior-level stakeholders Highly Competitive / Preferred Experience Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho Background in B2B, technology, infrastructure, or solution-based sales Experience selling high-value or complex products Training & Expectations Training is required and provided Candidates should be prepared to sell during the interview process This role rewards initiative, discipline, and performance
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
