This property features a modern interior with the latest slot machines and table games including Blackjack, Craps, and 3-Card Poker. Across the parking lot is our 80-room Hampton Inn featuring Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, fitness center and a hot breakfast for all guests. Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Making reservations by phone and/or in personTaking payment for services rendered and applying to correct Guest foliosVerifying I.D. and credit card informationPrint cashier folio and turn in with all transaction receipts to be processed for night auditFollowing departmental cash handling and bank proceduresChecking Guests in and/or checking Guests out for Hotel and RV ParkIssuing Player club cards to Hotel Guest and/or RV Park Guests at check inPrinting Down Time and Vacant report for each shiftComplete buck and rate checkProper routing for Expedia and all other direct bill accountsAnswer all inquiries from site staff accordinglyChecking and responding to reservations computer e-mailsResolving Guest issues and/or complaintsAnswering phones and directing calls as neededRepot any issues to Supervisor or Manager as neededComplete daily shift log
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not requiredKnowledge of Microsoft OfficePrevious experience in the Hotel/Hospitality Industry preferredIdentification that establishes identityIdentification that establishes the right to work in the United States
