Duties Perform routine landscaping tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and planting to keep the course looking immaculate Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other hand tools safely and efficiently Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs to ensure proper watering of greens, fairways, and landscapes Conduct regular turf care activities like aeration, fertilization, and overseeding to promote healthy grass growth Maintain course features by repairing bunkers, pathways, and signage as needed Support general gardening duties including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance course aesthetics Assist with seasonal landscape projects and special course events to ensure everything runs smoothly Experience Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of irrigation systems, turf management practices, and landscape maintenance techniques is a plus Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in outdoor maintenance tasks is beneficial Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for active tasks Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward maintaining high standards of course appearance Basic understanding of horticulture principles or landscaping practices is advantageous Excellent teamwork skills with a positive approach to collaborative work environments Embark on a rewarding journey where your hands-on skills help craft an exceptional golf course experience.
