Golf Shop Attendant

Rancho Viejo Resort & Country Club is actively seeking a polished, talented and outgoing person, with prior experience in customer service and hospitality, retail and merchandising, and inventory, to join the team in the role of Pro Shop Attendant. You are the face of Rancho Viejo Resort & Country Club, and as such, we are looking for an outgoing, friendly, personable individual to welcome our members and guests. Primary function of position requires direct member and guest engagement, answering questions, retail sales, professionally answering and directing of incoming calls, placing golf, tennis, and pickleball reservations, taking reservations for club events, assisting membership with inquiries and/or member IDs, and processing of any membership account payments. Some additional areas of accountability may include directing visitors to our Las Palmas Restaurant and Agave Bar, our Convention Center, Casa Grande, or Casa 19 Private Event spaces, and answering questions about the Club and the amenities offered.

Customer Service skills Leadership skills Able to work well independently Flexible schedule TABC and Food Handlers required Hours may vary slightly by day, or week, depending on business volume/need Must be outgoing and enjoy interacting with our members and guests in a social setting Must embody a strong and solid work ethic, not afraid of hard work Must be computer literate; full comprehension of Microsoft Word, Excel; able to use a POS system Basic Knowledge of Golf Must be able to multitask Comfortable with making/taking calls, use of copier/fax machines, and emails Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time

Pay:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
