Job Description

Must be passionate about food and beverage related subjects eg. could be food, wine, cocktails, coffee, pizza, bread, baking ect. Must be able to communicate well with other coworkers, managers and customers. This role will do food prep, bussing, dish and also deliver orders in the pm. Deep clean as a slide task and help close at the end of the night until approx. 9 or 10pm. In our kitchen you'll find a focus on positivity, encouragement and fun, but also hard work as we have high expectations for quality and strive to make the best food possible every time!
THE DISHWASHER
WILL... Maintain proper standards for expected day-to day-responsibilities including but not limited to: Be on time and ready to work for your shift Adhere to company quality and safety protocols (especially Covid related)Deliver orders with safety, quality and respect of customers in mind Clean and do dishes Multitask and practice a sense of urgency Maintain proper standards for expected day-to day-responsibilities including set-up, prep, service execution, and cleaning Execute best practices in food handling and storage, and ensure guidelines are followed to prevent illness or spoilage Practice basic knife skills Pay strong attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to keep things tidy, organized and clean. Possess a strong sense of pride and ownership in their work Ask questions, keep learning, and stay positive
SCHEDULE/HOURS
Part time (20-25 hours per week)
  • Shifts available Wednesday-Friday 2pm-10pm and Saturday between 11am-10pm.
This position does require weekend and holiday availability.
COMPENSATION
Hourly rate of $16-20 per hour ($11-12 per hour dependent upon experience and trained ability in our kitchen + pooled tips which range from $5-10 per hour). Delivery are also paid w/ a rate of $3
  • 5 paid per order under a 10 mile radius.
Note that we do conduct a training/ trial period of 2-4 weeks and training wage during this time. We also offer other benefits like free weekly meals, and market and menu discounts.
