Job Description:
Position Summary We are seeking an energetic, approachable, and eager‑to‑learn Graduate Sales Representative to join our team at a leading horizontal grinder OEM. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about building relationships, supporting dealers, and driving machine sales across a dynamic and growing market. As a key member of our commercial team, you will work closely with our established dealer network to maintain machine inventory, support end‑user sales, and identify opportunities to expand our dealership footprint. You'll develop hands‑on experience with heavy machinery sales while learning directly from the General Manager and other industry professionals. Key Responsibilities Dealer Inventory Management Maintain accurate records of current dealer inventory Track machine availability and coordinate updates with the General Manager Support inventory planning and allocation to meet dealer and market demands Sales & Deal Support Work directly with machine dealers to support deal closure with end users Assist in preparing quotes, product information, and sales materials Participate in customer visits, demonstrations, and field events Help ensure a positive experience for both dealers and end users Dealer Development & Expansion Identify potential new dealerships in targeted regions Support the onboarding process for new dealer partners Build and nurture strong relationships across the dealer network Market & Product Knowledge Learn the technical aspects of horizontal grinders and related equipment Monitor industry trends and competitive activity Provide feedback from dealers and customers to internal teams
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self‑motivated, energetic, and eager to learn Ability to build rapport quickly with dealers and customers
Preferred:
Experience in sales, heavy machinery, forestry, recycling, or equipment service Experience in sales related areas; i.e. retail, inside sales and the like Mechanical aptitude or interest in learning technical product details Comfort with travel for dealer visits, demos, and trade shows What We're Looking For A positive attitude and willingness to jump into a fast‑paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A team player who brings proactive ideas and thrives on collaboration Someone ready to grow quickly with hands‑on coaching and real responsibilities Why Join Us?
