What the job is:

CPI is looking for someone who likes to work outside and enjoys working independently or on a team to accomplish day-to-day grain and agronomy operations. CPI is a safety minded company thus such policies must be followed. Grain and Agronomy Operators will load and unload grain commodities, blend and load dry or liquid fertilizer and chemicals, and at times load railcars at certain facilities. As needed the candidate could operate heavy equipment if certified. No experience necessary, training provided. Generous benefits and competitive wages.
