Job Description

Kelm Grain Farms is looking for a reliable full-time employee for harvest season for our grain farm operation. Previous farm work experience is desired but would possibly train the right candidate. Farm Tillage Tractor Operator, Grain Cart, Plowing is some but not limited to duties.
Working Conditions :
Seasonal Demand :
Expect long hours and weekend work during peak harvest
Weather Conditions :
Work will be performed in outdoor environments with exposure to varying weather conditions.
Physical Demands :
This role requires physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing/sitting for extended periods.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
