Full-Time / Seasonal (with growth potential) Hope Landscaping is seeking a Grass Crew Manager to lead and manage our lawn maintenance crews. This role is ideal for someone who understands mowing operations, crew leadership, and keeping jobs efficient, clean, and on schedule. You'll be responsible for running day-to-day lawn routes, managing crew members, and ensuring quality work for residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities Lead and manage grass mowing crews Plan and execute daily mowing routes efficiently Ensure lawns are cut, trimmed, and cleaned to company standards Train and supervise crew members Monitor job quality and time management Communicate with management regarding schedules, issues, and progress Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation Requirements Prior lawn care or landscaping experience ( leadership experience preferred ) Ability to manage and motivate a crew Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work long days during peak season Valid driver's license (chauffeur's or CDL a plus) Professional attitude with customers and crew Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Leadership position with room to grow Steady seasonal work with long-term opportunity Work with a growing, performance-driven company How to Apply Apply through Indeed or contact us directly: (231) 238-1266
