Gravel Plant Superintendent - Stone Crushing Plant We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gravel Plant Superintendent to lead the daily operations of our stone crushing plant. This is a hands-on role requiring proven experience in aggregate production and aggregate crushing operations. This position is best suited for a self-sufficient operator who can run a plant independently, troubleshoot issues in real time, and maintain consistent production without constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities :

Take ownership of daily plant operations, production, and performance Operate and monitor crushers, screeners, and conveyors to maintain consistent material output Perform daily inspections, preventative maintenance, and on-the-spot repairs Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues quickly and effectively Manage material flow and adjust plant settings for optimal efficiency Maintain strict compliance with OSHA and MSHA safety standards Ensure a safe, efficient, and organized work environment at all times

Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in aggregate crushing or gravel plant operations Solid mechanical skills, including maintenance, repair, and welding/fabrication Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Plant Superintendent or Lead Operator Experience overseeing crews or managing plant operations
