Part-Time Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Greenhouse Operations & Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial to our daily operations, ensuring that high-volume retail orders are accurately pulled, prepped, and shipped out. You will also assist with essential plant maintenance and facility upkeep, including processing retail store returns. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on, physical work and thrives in a fast-paced agricultural environment.

Core Responsibilities Order Fulfillment:

Accurately pull designated plant products from the greenhouse based on daily order sheets and efficiently assort them onto shipping carts for retail dispatch.

Equipment Operation:

Safely drive and maneuver a tractor to transport carts, materials, and product throughout the facility and loading areas.

Plant Care:

Execute daily watering schedules and ensure outgoing plants are healthy and properly hydrated before shipping.

Returns & Waste Management:

Receive and process returning inventory from retail stores. Efficiently toss, dump, and dispose of unsalable garbage product and organize returned materials (carts, trays, etc.).

General Maintenance:

Keep greenhouse aisles, loading docks, and work areas clean, organized, and free of debris. Requirements & Qualifications Ability to safely operate a tractor (prior experience operating tractors, forklifts, or heavy machinery is highly preferred). Physical stamina required to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20lbs throughout the workday. Comfortable working in varying greenhouse conditions, including high heat, humidity, and outdoor weather elements. Strong attention to detail to ensure shipping carts are assorted correctly according to store orders. Reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

$21.00 per hour
