Greenskeepr/Golf Course Groundskeeper

Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Greenskeeper to help maintain the overall appearance, playability, and health of our golf course. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in detailed grounds maintenance, and can work effectively as part of a team in varying weather conditions. This role is responsible for maintaining greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and landscaping to ensure excellent playing conditions for golfers and guests. Key Responsibilities

• Mow greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and surrounding landscape areas
• Rake and maintain sand bunkers
• Operate and maintain golf course equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with irrigation system monitoring, watering, and repairs
• Perform turf maintenance including trimming, edging, aeration, seeding, and fertilization
• Set tee markers, cups, and course accessories daily
• Remove debris, leaves, and trash from the course grounds
• Help with landscaping, planting, and seasonal projects
• Report equipment or course issues to supervisors promptly
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace standards Qualifications
• Previous golf course, landscaping, farming, or groundskeeping experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Experience operating commercial mowing or landscaping equipment is a plus Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of turfgrass maintenance
• Irrigation system experience
• Mechanical aptitude for equipment care
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
