Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service. Assist in catering events as needed, providing high-quality food service for various occasions. Maintain inventory of food supplies and assist with ordering as necessary. Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring that dishes meet the restaurant's standards. Participate in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas. Requirements Proven experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant or fine dining establishment is required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. A passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering exceptional food service. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
