GRILL COOK:

Grill Cook creates meals in accordance with customer preferences.

Responsibilities Include:

Tracking the components of each meal to ensure that the final dish is completed in a timely manner. Braising and grilling meat and vegetables. Preparing meals in accordance with customers' preferences when applicable. Informing waitstaff when orders are ready Ensuring that your workstation remains clean and orderly at all times. Monitoring inventory to ensure that you have sufficient supplies at all times. Adhere to food safety codes. Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat and vegetables. Checking that ingredient remain fresh and safe for consumption. Cleaning the grill after each shift. Informing the Manager when equipment is due for maintenance, repair, or replacement.
