Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and prep areas in compliance with food safety regulations. Follow proper food handling procedures, including safe storage, sanitation, and temperature controls. Support menu planning by suggesting new ideas and ensuring ingredient availability for daily specials. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and uphold high standards of presentation. Monitor cooking times and adjust heat levels to achieve optimal results for each dish. Requirements Prior experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is highly desirable. Proven culinary experience in fine dining or restaurant settings, demonstrating strong food preparation skills. Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling, and sanitation practices. Skilled in knife techniques, meal preparation, and cooking methods specific to grilling. Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving in a fast-paced environment.
