You always have access to be able to communicate The production finisher role consists of finishing hollow metal frames so that they are smooth to the touch with all imperfections removed through grinding and sanding of the metal frames. The role requires attention to detail and a keen eye for imperfections as you act as quality control as well since you see and touch each frame.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Grind, sand, clean and polish metals to correct defects in preparation for painting
• Clean and polish work pieces or finished parts
• Smooth metal surfaces and edges
• Operate grinding and sanding equipment
• Ability to review and follow work instructions and determine operation sequences
• Move/Carry completed products to sequential work area

Requirements:

• Must be punctual
• Must be self-motivated
• Ability to maintain positive attitude
• Willingness to work overtime as required per production schedules
• Willingness to work as a functional and reliable part of our team

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as well as stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat and walk on a regular basis.
• Must wear gloves, eyes & ear protection and adhere to safety procedures at all times.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to pass monthly random drug tests if selected
