Groomer

Job Summary:

In the grooming department, you will be part of the team operating snow cats at night safely and efficiently. We strive for a top quality and safe snow surface that exceeds our guests' expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Safe operation of a Pisten Bully 400 snowcat including: Daily checkout and inspection of machines. Correct start-up and shutdown procedures. Tiller and Blade operation. Efficient operating practices. Learn the necessary skills to maintain ski runs around the mountain: Be familiar with Brundage Mtn. trail system. Grooming theory and techniques. Understand changing snow and weather conditions. Fill out daily grooming log.

Qualifications Job Qualifications:

Highschool diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills. Previous grooming experience preferred. Heavy Equipment operating experience required. Strong mechanical knowledge of equipment.

Other Requirements:

Valid driver's license Must be available and willing to work night shifts. We work all holidays and weekends, 40 hours per week.
