Grounds Maintenance Worker Job Summary:

Join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Worker and play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring that our grounds are well-kept and visually appealing for our guests and visitors.

Duties:

• Perform various groundskeeping tasks including mowing, lawn care, groundskeeping, and landscaping to enhance the overall appearance of the property.
• Maintain outdoor areas by building, digging, and using hand tools to ensure the grounds are well-groomed.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate equipment effectively for tasks such as snow plowing and other maintenance duties.

Skills:

• Proficiency in mowing, lawn care, groundskeeping, and landscaping techniques.
• Ability to use hand tools and operate mechanical equipment efficiently.
• Experience with snow plowing and other seasonal maintenance tasks is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in outdoor spaces.
